Dillon offers complete repairs of a variety of decanter, centrifuge, and hammer mills in a precise and timely manner. Our regimented repair process provides assurance that your machine will be put back better to OEM specs quickly so you can be up and running with minimal downtime.

01.
Assessment
After receiving the centrifuge, the machine will be torn down, cleaned and inspected. Areas of concern will be scrutinized to determine the details of repair. A detailed report will be generated and submitted to the client along with a price estimate within 2 weeks. Upon client’s approval, a project serial number will be generated and will be used to track the progress of the repair to final assembly and testing.
02.
Repairs
The repair process begins with the full disassembly of the centrifuge each part is then undergoes a detailed cleaning process. The components are then sent to our inspection department, where a full report is developed and provided to both the machine weld shops.
03.
Balance & Assembly
The conveyor and bowl will be balanced and inspected before being reassembled. The reassembled components as well as the gear box will be inspected by the quality control officer. Upon approval, the reassembled machine will advance to the final testing phase.
04.
Testing
The assembled machine will be place on the test stand and spun up to full speed. Performance will be monitored as well as temperature and vibration of key components. The entire testing process is videoed and made available to the client with the final report.
