Our founder, Chad Dillon, began his career in 1988 within his father’s specialized repair firm, mastering the trade from the shop floor to senior management. After a successful 25-year tenure and a strategic acquisition by a global corporation—where Chad served as a senior manager for an additional eight years—he returned to his roots to establish Dillon Decanter & Machine in 2021.
